The Cut is a show stopper! First time here, but I will definitely be back again for this burger. And make no mistake, this is truly a next level burger! The 60 day dry aged patty is the STAR, with the 2 year aged cheddar a distant 2nd. But the bun brings it all together, and that's it, no dressings or produce needed. The taste and juices from the meat are more than enough goodness, then the aged cheese adds that tangy flavor and creamy texture. The sesame potato bun really holds up well to the juices and compliments everything. I paired all this goodness with a glass of The Cut Blonde beer which was perfect. It was pricey, but well worth it. I'll def be back soon! Thanks to The Cut for a great experience. PS - my server Cristina was very attentive, engaging and nice to chat with.
