SOUS CHEF, LINE COOK, PREP COOK & DISHWASHER
- Must be passionate about food.
- Sense of urgency and respect for ingredients.
- Excellent knife and cooking skills. Clean-as-you-go work habit.
- ServSafe food handlers certification a plus.
- Professional, honest, hardworking and respectful of others.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with problem solving skills.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction.
- Efficient and entrepreneurial mindset: get a lot done fast.
- Understanding the importance of hustle and attention to detail.
- Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Analytical, organization & multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to follow recipes & read reports in English.
FRONT OF HOUSE
HOST / HOSTESS, SERVER, CASHIER, BARTENDER, BUSSER
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Team player, willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Working knowledge of current food trends and ingredients.
- Upbeat-positive attitude and generally fun to be around.
- General knowledge on how to work POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Minimum one year of restaurant experience.
